Emotional Support Animals

We now have no end of research that animal companionship can be beneficial to mental health, and yet people still encounter barriers and resistance to access to travel and housing if they have an animal they have need of for emotional support. Unfortunately, a host of pop-up “letter factories” have made the public skeptical when they get a letter that has questionable validity.

Mike provides certification letters for ESAs which meet rigorous requirements many landlords, schools or airlines require for legitimacy, including Sec. 504 and the ADA. This includes an interview, psychometric evaluation, and letter all conducted online in a HIPAA-compliant system.
